good temperature train station helpful staff

The room had a refrigerator and a place to cook. The temperature in the room was good! I found the train station very close. It was the perfect base. The staff was helpful and polite.

The pillows were not great. I found them uncomfortable.

The hotel is close to both the train station and a shopping center. the reception staff were helpful. They let us leave our bags for the day after we checked out!

the apartment was clean. i found all necessary items available. the reception staff are helpful. you must bring your own rubbish to the bin room at the end of your stay. the location is fairly central with good access to transport.

the balcony was tiny.

the staff was friendly. they greeted guests in a professional manner. they assisted with storing luggage before check-in. the team also kindly made a hot drink during bad weather.

a carrefour supermarket is a few meters from the hotel. a shopping center with cafes are also very near. the kitchen allows to make your own breakfast. it has proper equipment.

stained couch loose faucet

the room i got was not great. the couch had stains all over it. also the bathroom door would not lock. i had a hard time adjusting the water temperature because the faucet was so loose it nearly fell off.

functional kitchen wifi connection

the apartment included a functional kitchen. it also contained a good-sized refrigerator. (i found it very useful) the wifi connection worked very well too.

The hallways seemed a little worn. They could use a refresh.
